One step behind

I had picked out several homes as potential investment purchases.  I requested and received info on ARVs and rents, analyzed them and made a offer on one.  My agent just got back to me saying it went pending today. Crap.

So, I spent most of the day looking at other properties in the St. Louis area, researching and analyzing.  I’ve sent a new list of 11 properties for my Realtor to look at and send me ARVs and rent ranges.  I also sent a list of properties to my property manager in Wichita, Kansas trying to find out what the rent ranges are and whether or not they will manage them.
